Artist Marketplace FAQ
What is the Artist Marketplace?
PBJ Prints Artist Marketplace was created to help artist expand their product line without any investment. With this program you will have the abiltiy to setup a store front thats is connected to our warehouse. This means your top fans can have access to prints of your artwork. PBJ pays a rate of 30% comission on products sold from your store.

How do I get started?

Once you are approved and your store is stocked, direct your fans to your personal storefront to make sales.  Every time a sale of your artwork is completed (ordered, made, and shipped), you will be notified by email. You may also track your ongoing sales and commission payments from your backend login.
There is no fee if you choose to setup your own products.

Life can get busy and you may need help setting up your store front.  We offer White Glove Service for $100.  This includes us setting up your storefornt for upto 15 images.  All you need to do is send us your cropped/edited artwork.

All rights to your artwork remain yours. We are simply a high-end production studio that takes pride in our craftsmanship and provides quality prints and products that do your artwork justice.
How will my products be packaged?
All prints outside of decoupage prints, scrapbook and greeting cards are shipped in a protective acide free cover, sandwiched between 2 chipboard pieces for protection, and then shipped in a kraft envelope. The other 3 options are placed inside a cellphane sleeve before shipping.

All products are white labeled. We will include your own labeling and packaging if you wish, but that is an additional cost. Please reach out to our partner info@jkccprints.com for more information on custom package design, printing and any additional charges.
Are drop ship orders ever split up?
No. We fulfill all items based on the order. Please create seperate orders if you are creating multiple dropships.
Do I have the right to retain my artwork?
Yes. We are a commerical printing company and produce reproduction print products for you and/or your consumers. You can delete designs as you wish. PBJ Prints does reserve the right to use products for advertising and marketing of the website and it's artists, but we do not own the rights to the artwork of any artist seller.
I can’t remember my password. What do I do?
Under the account signin click "Forgot your password."  Enter your email and an email notification will be set to reset your password.
How will I get paid?
You will get paid through an automated commission system. Under your seller profile you can change your direct deposit by selecting:
> Seller Profile
>> Payment Details
What payment options do you have?
No payment is required from the seller. You will recieve commission directly to your bank account once a week after all outstanding balances are paid for. We accept any kind of payment method on our website from your consumers as well as Shop Pay Installment.
Why would a product be removed from my account or online store?
PBJ Prints reserves the right to remove products that are considered offensive or products that infringe on a copyright holder’s rights. We also remove inactive products periodically, but you will receive a notice before this happens so you can adjust the product if you wish or if you feel like this is in error. Also, if a product in the PBJ Prints store is a very low print quality or not sized correctly for printing, we will disable it to prevent an unhappy customer until corrections are made.
Can I create custom packaging?
Our partner, JKCC Print and Design, has the ability to assist you with custom labels and packaging to make your brand unique to you. For an additional fee we will send out your branded fulfillment.

How do you protect the images on your site?
PBJ Prints has attached a watermark to every image on the website so that your images are protected and people can't pull and play. We also crunch all images so they are proof only quality.
What resolution is needed and desired file formatting?
For web images we would like na optimized web ready jpg. We do have a compression plugin attached so that images are only proof quality, but to better safe guard we reommend you optimize your images prior to uploading them. https://compressor.io is a decent image optimizer if you don't have photoshop or lightroom to do this.

For printing we recommend 300dpi for a good quality print.
